Holly Starling – Program Manager, Member Services & Special Projects

In her role as Program Manager, Member Services and Special Projects at the Healthcare Council of Western Pennsylvania (HCWP), Ms. Starling helps drive the development of special programs, agendas and educational offerings. She also helps lead and organize more than 25 committee and program meetings each year. Additionally, she helps to source, implement and maintain communication to support member engagement, education and resources.

Ms. Starling is currently a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives. She also received the Bugbee-Falk Book Award from the Association of University Programs in Health Administration (AUPHA) in fall 2021. In spring 2021, she was recognized as a Dean’s Scholar at Robert Morris University, where she will receive her integrated bachelor’s and master’s of science in Health Services Administration, spring 2023.
