Chad Hilliard – Vice President, Corporate Development

Chad Hilliard is a corporate relations professional who has 17 years of experience with proven knowledge of corporate partnerships, strategic planning, and board relations. As the Director of Partnerships and Growth Initiatives for the Healthcare Council, Chad works to recruit sponsorships and cultivates relationships with business partners, which help to improve the ways the organization serves its members. He is passionate about fundraising to help build the healthcare communities he serves.

Previously, Mr. Hilliard served in multiple healthcare companies, such as Vincentian Collaborative System, Pittsburgh Group on Health, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield. In these roles, Mr. Hilliard helped to develop and execute fundraising events, annual awards programs, as well as assisted in educational forums and webinars. He has strong experience in recruiting sponsorship, creating programs, and grant application and execution, as well as assisting in marketing consultation to further the companies’ missions and build awareness of their brands in the community and with donors.

Mr. Hilliard received his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Point Park University. He is a 44 year cancer survivor and has served on the Board for Lending Hearts, an organization working to enhance, enrich, and embrace the lives of children and young adults living with cancer, as well as their families.
