Long-Term Care Human Resources Committee

This Committee is part of the Human Resources Committee and meets to discuss HR topics related to long-term care. The meetings are held immediately following the Human Resources Committee. The Committee holds a roundtable discussion and also discusses Healthcare Council’s HR-related data and surveys as they pertain to long-term care.

The Committee's Continued Focus:

The Committee has focused on a variety of discussion topics including employee relations, staffing, retention and recruiting, the impact of regulatory changes on long-term care, specific audits conducted related to HR and long-term care, safety and security as it relates to HR, and a variety of other topics.
